Review Content Best Practices

• Write detailed reviews of at least 200 words that cover multiple aspects of the product
• Include specific details about your experience with the product

• Discuss the product's quality, functionality, and value
• Share your thoughts on who would benefit most from the product
• Use clear, original photos that show the product from multiple angles
• Include a photo of yourself using or holding the product as proof
• Maintain disclosure statement in your review (e.g., "I received a discount on this product in exchange for my honest review")

Review Submission Requirements

• Submit your review within the agreed timeframe (typically 7-14 days after receiving the product)
• Provide proof of purchase (order screenshot or confirmation email)
• Upload at least 3 original photos of the product
• Submit your review on the correct platform (Amazon, eBay, etc.) as agreed with the product owner
• Share a screenshot or link to your published review on our platform

For Product Owners

If you're a product owner requesting reviews on our platform, please adhere to these guidelines:

Product Listing Requirements

• Provide accurate and complete product information
• Include high-quality images of the product
• Clearly state the discount you're offering to reviewers
• Specify any product features you'd like reviewers to focus on (without dictating opinion)
• Include any specific instructions for product use that reviewers should know

Working with Reviewers

• Communicate clearly and professionally with reviewers
• Process reimbursements promptly after review approval
• Never ask reviewers to change their ratings or remove negative feedback
• You may request factual corrections but not opinion changes
• Respect reviewers' time and follow the agreed-upon timeline
• Do not contact reviewers outside of the platform's messaging system

Compliance with Platform Policies

In addition to our guidelines, all users must comply with the terms of service and review policies of the e-commerce platforms where the products are sold and reviewed. These may include:

• Amazon's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service
• eBay's Review Policies
• Walmart's Customer Review Guidelines
• Etsy's Review Policies
• Other platform-specific rules and regulations

Please note that different platforms have different rules regarding incentivized reviews. Always make sure you understand and follow the specific guidelines of each platform where you're posting reviews.

Enforcement

ReviewConnect takes these guidelines seriously. Violations may result in:

• Removal of reviews or product listings
• Temporary suspension of account privileges
• Permanent termination of accounts for serious or repeated violations
• Withholding of payments or reimbursements
• Legal action in cases of fraud or other illegal activities

Reporting Violations

If you believe a review or product listing violates these guidelines, please report it by:

• Using the "Report" button next to the review or listing

• Providing specific details about the violation to help us investigate
