As a Product Owner, you agree to:

• Offer the stated discount to reviewers who complete approved reviews
• Not request specific ratings or dictate review content
• Process reimbursements to reviewers in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding product offers and consumer reviews

3.2. Reviewers

As a Reviewer, you agree to:

• Provide honest, unbiased reviews based on your genuine experience with the product
• Purchase products using your own funds before receiving any reimbursement
• Complete reviews within the agreed-upon timeframe
• Provide proof of purchase and product ownership as required
• Comply with all platform rules, retailer terms of service, and applicable laws

3.3. Administrators

Platform Administrators reserve the right to:

• Approve or reject product submissions
• Remove reviews that violate our guidelines
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms
• Mediate disputes between Product Owners and Reviewers

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Requesting, offering, or providing incentives for positive reviews
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent platform limitations
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Submitting false or misleading information
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to manipulate or game the review system
• Selling or transferring your account to another person

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ReviewConnect and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

By submitting reviews, images, or other content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ReviewConnect makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, or materials included on the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ReviewConnect, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
